Prices
Prices are valid per holiday flat and per day for 2 people at a minimum stay of 6 days. In wintertime there is a minimum stay of 6 days. Included in the price are: stay, bed clothes, towels, kitchen utensils, WiFi, heating, electricity, water, the final cleaning and taxes (with the exemption of visitor’s tax).
Price reductions
Children up until the age of 2 are free.
Arrival and departure
Arrival from 3pm
Departure until 09.30am
Sundays and holidays: arrival from 6pm
Booking
Please consider:
Your booking is obligatory when you pay 40% deposit of the total amount in advance and receive the booking confirmation. The deposit will NOT be reimbursed.
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian consumer protection regulations, but we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
Cancellation policies in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB
Cancellations up to 60 days before set arrival date can the booking be cancelled without any cancellation fee.
The deposit will be retained.
Cancellations from the guest between 60 and 30 days prior to set arrival date, the guest is obliged to pay following cancellation fees:
Cancellations up to 30 days before set arrival date: 50% of agreed total price will be retained.
Cancellations less than 30 days before set arrival date: 90% of agreed total price will be retained.
In case of no show or in case of anticipated departure: the total price will be charged.
In addition, 90% of the agreed total price will be retained for the agreed service.
Please let us know in advance if you have to cancel your holiday.
We recommend that you take the RED ROOSTER holiday cancellation insurance after booking your stay. This will cover cancellation charges, meaning that you can look forward to your holiday in a more carefree manner.
